Guide

From a pile of cards to paid

Every feature, step by step. Follow the flow top to bottom — scan, review, grade, store, fulfill, and sell.

Step 1 · Scan a batch

Scan up to 200 cards at once

Pick the print variant, drop in your photos, and our AI reads and identifies each card live — in seconds, even on tricky shots.

  • Choose Normal / Holofoil / Reverse Holofoil for the batch
  • Up to 200 photos per batch
  • Match options let you ignore Prize Pack, World Championship, and stamped printings for cleaner matches

Step 2 · Review & confirm

Confirm the match, every time

Cropped name/number strips sit side by side with the matched card for a fast sanity check. When more than one printing fits, pick the right one — and confirm stamped cards before they price.

  • Side-by-side verify strips (top / middle / bottom)
  • One-click candidate picker, or search by collector number
  • Remove anything that isn't a sellable single
  • Confirm stamps (Pokémon Center, Prerelease, etc.) before export

⚠ Pokémon Center stamp detected — stamped cards are worth more than base. Confirm before export.

Step 3 · Grade condition

AI condition grading, 1–10

Upload a front and back photo to get an overall grade with four sub-grades (centering, corners, edges, surface) and a short rationale.

  • Front + back analysis
  • Four sub-grades + overall
  • Saved grade history with the photos

Centering9.0
Corners8.5
Edges8.0
Surface9.0

Graded from front + back photos — the weakest dimension caps the overall grade.

Step 4 · Save to inventory

Chaos sorting — find any card by lookup

Save a batch into a Box, and it becomes that box's next Batch with each card at a Position. Store cards physically unsorted and find any one by box → batch → position. Sort the list by any column.

  • Box → Batch → Position addressing (batches can be letters or numbers)
  • Live portfolio value, refreshed daily
  • Click any column header to sort

Step 5 · Fulfill orders

Pull sheets in walking order

Paste a sales CSV from your marketplace and get a pick list in physical walking order — grouped by box, then batch, then position — so you pull a whole order in one pass.

  • Reads TCGPlayer / eBay sales CSVs
  • Walking-order pick list
  • Confirm picks to decrement stock

Step 6 · Export & sell

List anywhere — no lock-in

Export bulk-upload CSVs for eBay, TCGPlayer, and Cardmarket, or push listings straight to eBay. The storage location rides along as the custom label so sold orders map back to a shelf.

  • eBay / TCGPlayer / Cardmarket CSV
