Pricing questions
How do scans work?
Scans never expire. Start with 500 free, then buy a pack anytime (pay-as-you-go) or subscribe monthly for more scans each cycle at a better rate. Re-scanning the same photo (a cache hit) is free.
What's the BETA bonus?
While we're in beta, every plan includes 10% extra scans — already baked into the numbers you see. Lock it in now; it won't last past beta.
Do scans expire?
No. Scans you buy or earn are persistent — they roll over indefinitely, even if you cancel a subscription.
Pack vs. subscription?
Packs are one-time and never expire — great for the occasional bulk lot. A monthly plan matches a pack's price but grants 15% more scans each cycle and raises your grading allowance.
What about condition grading?
Grading has its own monthly allowance (free includes a few; subscriptions raise it) — it doesn't draw down your scan balance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — manage or cancel your subscription from the dashboard. Any scans already granted stay in your balance.
