How do scans work?

Scans never expire. Start with 100 free, then buy a pack anytime (pay-as-you-go) or subscribe monthly/yearly for a bigger bonus of scans each cycle. Re-scanning the same photo (a cache hit) is free.

Do scans expire?

No. Scans you buy or earn are persistent — they roll over indefinitely, even if you cancel a subscription.

Pack vs. subscription?

Packs are one-time and never expire — great for the occasional bulk lot. Subscriptions drop scans each cycle at a better rate (yearly is the best value) and raise your grading allowance.

What about condition grading?

Grading has its own monthly allowance (free includes a few; subscriptions raise it) — it doesn't draw down your scan balance.

Can I cancel anytime?
